Lorenzo
Borghese has been Treasurer and Director of the Company since January of 2003.
Mr. Borghese created the Royal Treatment Pet Line and is responsible for
its day-to-day operation as well as being the on-air spokesperson for the line
on HSN.
Lorenzo is
also the purchasing manager for Brush & Ready, another company owned by MME.
Prior to joining MME, he spent three years as an underwriter at American
International Group (�AIG�), a financial services company in New York.
At AIG, Lorenzo created unique risk management programs and analyzed the
financial stability, internal control structure and business strategies for
financial institutions including banks, insurance companies and venture capital
firms.
Lorenzo
graduated from Rollins College and received his MBA at Fordham University in New
York City.
